Following successful completion of phase three of Opus Business Park in Magherafelt last year, CFM were awarded the Design and Build of further commercial units and offices to phase four.
Work package has included all design elements along with construction, fit out and M&E installations. Project has already commenced on site with hand over to client due for June 2016.
