Facilities Management

CFM offer Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for all aspects of building fabric and mechanical and electrical installations. We utilise industry leading Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software and our in-house call centre to plan and coordinate all works to meet even the most demanding schedules.

Social Housing

CFM are specialists in social housing with a proven track record in providing multi-trade maintenance solutions across all types of housing stock from bungalows to high-rise flats. We understand the importance of a 'non-intrusive' approach for works in occupied properties or co-ordinated decant processes when necessary.

Construction & Fit Out

CFM offer comprehensive construction and fit-out service across key sectors including social housing, retail, commercial and industrial. We self-deliver all core works and have established a fully vetted and trusted supply chain for highly specialist services.

Mechanical & Electrical

Insurance Repairs

CFM are highly experienced in carrying out all works following fire, flood, leaks, subsidence or storm damage. We provide a highly sensitive service at what can be a distressing time for clients and can respond rapidly to address all works from minor repairs to full strip out and reconstruction following major events.
