ANBC Services Contract

CFM have renewed our Mechanical Maintenance contract with the Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, for both planned and reactive maintenance throughout the council’s estates.

This 5 year contract covers servicing and repairs of oil fired, natural gas, biomass heating systems, controls, smoke vents, swimming pool plant, plumbing and HVAC. This contract requires the provision of 24/4/365 services to approximately 75 buildings across the Borough, ranging from public conveniences to large leisure centers and civic buildings.

Newtownabbey and Antrim borough councils merged in 2015 as part of the reform of council areas in Northern Ireland and provide crucial services on behalf of the 138,000 residents of the boroughs.
