Building, Mechanical & Electrical works in live environments

CFM have been successful in being awarded a place on the APEX Building, Mechanical and Electrical Frameworks for both Lots 1 & 2. Framework projects will be throughout Northern Ireland and include all services/works relating to internal & external cyclical maintenance as well as mechanical and electrical installations/maintenance upgrades.

Works will mainly be carried out in occupied environments where people continue to live and work. Apex’s property portfolio is a mix of general needs accommodation along with purpose built supported accommodation for the elderly and people with disabilities.

This Framework agreement shall be for 4 years and CFM look forward to working closely with APEX Housing Association and their customers.
