CFM were recently presented with a ‘Community Champion’ award from Kinship Care for our team’s commitment and support during what was a difficult and unprecedented year.
Kinship Care do outstanding work across our local communities, providing support to kinship carers and their children, working hard to ensure every child and young person in kinship care has access to the services and support needed to lead and live happy and successful lives.
Our core business operations work to strengthen and enhance our local communities, ensuring we work closely with our partners to provide support where it is needed most.
