CFM Secure Three Planned Maintenance Works Contracts with NIHE

CFM have recently secured three new Planned Maintenance Works Contracts with our key client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Works consist of bathroom, kitchen and domestic electrical rewire renewals to over 300 properties in the Ballymena and Co. Antrim areas, along with external cyclical maintenance improvement works to 400 properties in the Belfast region.

We are currently carrying out project designs with works set to commence on site in early 2020.

We look forward to working alongside the NIHE in delivering these improvement works, building better homes and creating stronger communities.
