CFM Secure Two Projects with Clients Triangle & Habinteg Housing

CFM have successfully secured two projects with our clients Triangle Housing & Habinteg Housing Association via our Fusion21 Construction & Improvements Framework.

CFM have been appointed by Habinteg Housing to complete planned upgrade works at their River Court Apartment block in Derry. These works involve replacement PVC windows, including replacement and relocation of entrance doors and all associated electrical works.

Further to this we have been appointed by Triangle Housing to complete disabled adaptation’s in the Coleraine area.

Works on both schemes will commence in August/ September , in line with our new site safety procedures and in close consultation with our client and their tenants.
