CFM are pleased to announce that they have been named as a leader in people practice globally, having been shortlisted in the Best Newcomer category for the 2016 Investors In People Awards, due to be announced at a spectacular awards dinner on 29th June at Old Billingsgate, London.
Judges commented on CFM, stating: “Really positive to see an SME use the IIP framework to benchmark themselves and use the findings to help develop its people alongside the business as it grows. Taking the assessment and using it to help reflect, refine and enhance the way the business supports people to achieve business goals is to be commended. A fabulous example of how IIP has helped an SME to shape a business and positively influence its growth.”
The awards, which received over 300 entries across 20 countries internationally, celebrates the best people management practices amongst Investors In People businesses.
