This week we were delighted to welcome and on board 55 new staff to the CFM team who will help us deliver our recently awarded Maintenance and Improvement Contract with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive which involves delivery of building, mechanical and electrical maintenance & upgrade works to NIHE’s South Antrim property portfolio of homes and offices.

Our new staff are comprised of building, mechanical and electrical operatives, Planners, Stores, Supervisors and Managers who will help ensure we deliver on our commitment of providing a best in class maintenance service for our client and their customers.

We also dispatched 35 new vehicles to support the delivery of the new contract along with all new staff receiving detailed training and induction into CFM’s specialist maintenance delivery model.

We are delighted to welcome our new staff onboard as part of Team CFM and look forward continuing our services with the NIHE and its South Antrim communities.
