These eager and enthusiastic young individuals have just commenced their apprenticeship journey at CFM, joining our current, strong apprentice team.
Recognising that young apprentices are the future of the industry, we are fully committed to supporting them in their growth, development and career progression.
On Friday our 14 new apprentices spent the day at the Terrace Hotel, receiving Health & Safety training along with hearing from company directors and managers, who provided valuable insights into the company and the various career opportunities upon completion of their apprenticeship.
Apprentices play a vital role in helping shape our future work force and we look forward to watching them complete their qualifications, develop their skills and grow into talented tradesmen and young professionals.
