Last week, CFM attended the Mid Ulster Business Awards at Corrick House, where we grabbed the award for ‘Excellence in People Development’.
Following 8 successful years of these awards, the 2018 awards continued the theme of ‘building towards the future’ recognising the talent, entrepreneurship and excellence that exists across the full range of business and commerce in the Mid Ulster area.
CFM were delighted to have been recognised for our on-going commitment of training and developing our staff to be the best they can be in their chosen trade or profession. CFM are fully committed to training excellence, this is driven from Board Level with direct focus on the continual development and upskilling of our employees, supply chain and local communities. Our in-house Training Academy was recognised as innovative and forward thinking, creating a culture of sharing and best practice. Our Training Academy supports CFM’s overall strategy of attracting talent and developing our employees.
