CFM were appointed by the Education Authority to complete planned upgrade restoration works to Corrick Residential Youth Center Plumbridge.

Corrick Residential is a fantastic facility that provides opportunities for children and young people to engage in outdoor learning opportunities as part of their school curriculum, or through youth work programmes.
These works consisted of internal fit out of toilets and shower room facilities, bedrooms & kitchens, renewal of finishes. mechanical and electrical upgrades and internal redecoration.

External works included roof repairs, formation of a new picnic and barbecue area, installation of DDA compliant access and parking facilities, external decoration, paths and vehicle parking.

CFM worked closely with the client, consultants and designers to ensure this project was delivered in keeping with a rigorous programme of works.
