CFM were appointed by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council to their 2 year 'Minor Works Building Framework'.

CFM are one of four contractors placed on this framework to complete building repair, maintenance and minor works projects to Mid & East Antrim Council's large portfolio of properties, covering the areas of Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne.

These works will include building response maintenance to their estates, providing 24/7/365 cover, and will include minor works projects, ranging from refurbishments, planned upgrade works, alongside delivery of specialist works.
