Improvement Scheme
CHOICE Housing have appointed CFM to carry out Multi Element Improvement works to 70 of its properties in the Greater Belfast area.
Works include:
- Replacement roofs
- Gas Heating Installations
- Electrical rewires/upgrades
- Fitting of new kitchens
- Front doors and windows
- External cyclical maintenance
- Decoration
Works shall be undertaken in live environments and have been carefully planned into an 18 week programme to minimise disruption to the buildings occupants.
