Ten of our management team of recently qualified ‘Chartered Construction Managers’ attended their Chartered Institution of Building (CIOB) graduation on Saturday hosted by the Lord Mayor of Dublin in the beautiful surroundings of the Mansion House, Dublin.

CFM’s management team recently joined forces with David Meade’s ‘Give a Hand’ Programme, to partake in a team building exercise like no other. Our staff were given the opportunity to build real clinical prosthetic hands that are donated through this programme to needy individuals in the third world.

CFM has been named as one of Ireland’s Best Managed companies in the 2019 Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards programme. This is CFM’s fourth year of participating in the program and by demonstrating continued evolvement, growth, best practice and governance helped secured us recognition as one of thirteen Gold Standard Best Managed companies

Apprentices from each of our operational depots recently visited our in-house training academy at our Mid Ulster depot to take part in an apprentice training day.

In January 2019 we held our annual Companywide Business Review/Stakeholder Engagement events.

At our Head Office in Magherafelt we have remodelled one of our meeting rooms and named it the “MG room” after one of our most inspirational employees Quantity Surveyor, Myles Gallagher.
